Terms & Conditions
1: A quotation for the cost of your wedding flowers will be sent out to you soon after your initial contact. This is a guide price and may be subject to change following a more detailed discussion of your requirements. This quotation is valid for thirty days after issue. Our quotation includes delivery and setup charges to the location bride is leaving from & the ceremony location, they do not cover removal of the items from the church/ceremony room or tidying up of the church/ceremony room after your ceremony has finished except in the case of hired items or where a prior agreement was in place.
2: If you are happy with our quotation a €50 booking deposit is required to hold and book your wedding date. This should be paid after receiving your quotation or with the return of a completed booking form, once paid a legally binding contract is formed.
This deposit will be subtracted from your final wedding bill. If for any reason you decide to cancel your wedding, this deposit is non-refundable. If you decide to postpone your wedding, we will hold the deposit for use on an alternative date within 12 months of the original date, this is subject to our availability and may be subject to rearrangement fees.
3: Once your wedding date is booked with us, we will contact you approximately 4 - 6 weeks before your wedding day. This is to finalise the arrangements and discuss any last minute changes.
4: All wedding consultations will be made by appointment only. The initial consultation is complimentary. We will be available for contact by phone and email at any stage to answer any questions and queries you may have. Further requests for consultations may be charged.
5: Any changes made to a wedding order must be submitted in writing by the bride, groom or appointed acting party this is limited to a maximum alteration of 10% of the original booking total and providing the total remains above our minimum spend amount of €325 excluding delivery and any other extra charges. Alterations can be made to your order up to 4 weeks before the wedding date. This does not include changes such as removal of bridal party flowers, these can only be substituted with items of equal value unless a prior agreement was in place. We order your wedding flowers approximately ten to fourteen days before your wedding date, dependent on type of flowers chosen. You will not be allowed to make any changes after the order has been placed without additional fees. We will however try to make small changes where possible to accommodate your needs.
6: As fresh flowers and foliage are living products, there are occasions when certain varieties may be unavailable. Whilst every effort is made to source flowers accordingly, sometimes we are unable to obtain a particular type of flower. All fresh flowers and foliage are subject to availability and stringent quality checks, as such Daisy’s Floral Creations reserve the right to use a similar flower in place of the previously chosen flower.
7: The total balance owed for your wedding flowers will be issued to you after your finalization is complete. The final payment must be paid in full a minimum of 14 days before the wedding date, a specific date is noted on your booking confirmation. Payments received up to 5 days after this date are subject to a €50 administration charge. Payments can be made by Cash, Postal Order, Bank Transfer or PayPal (subject to 5% surcharge) regretfully we can no longer accept cheques.
Daisy’s Floral Creations reserves the right to cancel any wedding flower booking if payment is not made in full by this time. We are not obliged to offer any compensation for inconvenience caused.
8: Prices quoted will take into consideration a premium for weddings occurring on dates surrounding Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, Christmas & New Year. Set Package prices are not valid for these times and are also subject to a premium. All bookings are subject to our minimum spend value of €325 excluding delivery or any other extra charges.
9: We require a signature from yourself or an appointed person when you receive your flowers to confirm their delivery is of acceptable condition and that quantities are correct. Any queries must be raised within 1 hour of delivery. Complaints on church/ceremony décor must be raised by the bride or groom prior to ceremony commencement, no complaints will be accepted after this time.

Cancellations must be made in writing by the bride or groom & a cancellation request form completed. Once received an invoice for any fees due will be issued, this must be paid within 14 days of receipt in order to cancel your contract. Until payment is received the contract remains in place.
Any cancellations made up to 91 days from the wedding date: Deposit forfeited and no additional charges
Any cancellations made 90 - 60 days from the wedding date: Deposit forfeited and administration charge will be applicable of €100.
Any cancellations made 59 - 30 days of the wedding date: Deposit forfeited and 50% of the final balance will be required.
Any cancellations made 29 - 15 days of the wedding date: 75% of the final balance will be required.
Any cancellations made within 14 days of the wedding date: Full final balance will be required.
In the event full payment has already been received by us, the following conditions apply.
Any cancellations made within 90 days of the wedding date: A refund of 75% of the total paid will be issued
Any cancellations made within 60 days of the wedding date: A refund of 50% of the total paid will be issued
Any cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date: A refund of 25% of the total paid will be issued
Any cancellations within 14 days of the wedding date: No refunds issued
Failure to comply with any of these charges may result in Daisy’s Floral Creations taking legal action.
Daisy's Floral Creations reserves the right to cancel any wedding booking should we no longer feel we can fulfill the couples needs or due to illness, injury, accident or any other circumstance beyond our control.
A full refund of any monies already paid will be issued & thus ends our liability to you.
Fresh Flower Packages
1 : Packages not available for dates around valentines day, mothers day, easter, christmas & new year.
Package contents are set and the number of items cannot be reduced by more than one item. Extras can be added at additional cost.

2: Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum packages include handtied bouquets of Standard colour roses, gerbera or our choice of mixed in season flowers in a maximum of three colours. Certain filler flowers, textured greenery, additional colours, Blues, multi colour, vintage colours & other non standard colours can be added to any package & will be extra.
Seasonal mixes are florists choice of in season flowers to compliment your chosen colour scheme, specific flowers can be added at additional cost.
Exotic flowers, Garden Roses, Calla Lillies, Hydrangea, Peony Roses & Orchids are not included & will be extra.
Deluxe Package is based on standard size hand tied bouquets which can include Peony Roses, Garden Roses, Hydrangea & Calla Lilys (when in season) These can be added out of season where possible at additional cost.
3: Fresh Church Arrangements in all packages are standard size & contain the florists choice of in season flowers in a maximum of three colours to compliment your chosen colour scheme. Options are set however extra colour/s, larger sizes or specific flowers / designs can be added at additional cost.
4: Delivery will be to two locations only brides location & church / ceremony venue.
1: As we do not charge a security deposit you will be required to sign a terms and conditions form which details the costs involved should any loss or damage happen while in the hirer’s possession. This must be returned before any hire items will be supplied.
Hire is based on the duration of the ceremony only.
2: The Hirer shall be solely responsible for the Hired Items from the moment they are placed, not the church caretaker /reception / event venue / hotel or any other third party to whom shall take possession of the hired items. The Hirer shall alone be responsible for insuring the hired items are kept safe from the time of placement until back into the possession of Daisy’s Floral Creations.
Any damage to hired items or missing items will be charged to the Hirer. Replacement of the items is charged at current market price. It is then the responsibility of the Hirer to reclaim any of these costs from the venue if the venue was at fault.
3: Should any hire items be damaged, lost or removed from the ceremony by anyone other than Daisy’s Floral Creations, the hirer shall be responsible for returning these items within two days or paying the full replacement costs outlined in the terms and conditions form.
4: If any replacement costs are due, Daisy’s Floral Creations will invoice the Hirer for the amount due and the Hirer agrees to pay such invoice within 14 days of receipt.
5: Daisy’s Floral Creations are entitled to assume that the Hirer has no intention of returning the property or paying the invoice if no contact has been received after 14 days. In these circumstances, Daisy’s Floral Creations reserve the right to notify the authorities as appropriate and take legal proceedings against the hirer.
6: The hired items must not be altered in any way.
7: The hired items remain the sole property of Daisy’s Floral Creations. The Hirer will undertake not to move, sell, offer to sell, assign, charge, pledge, underlet or otherwise deal with the any hire items provided by Daisy’s Floral Creations in any circumstances.

Usage & Acceptance
Upon payment of the €50 booking fee you are deemed to have read and fully accepted the above terms and conditions and accknowledge you have entered into a legally binding contract with Daisy's Floral Creations.
Daisy's Floral Creations reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice. Terms and Conditions published on this website will always be the latest and will override any prior Terms and Conditions provided in any other form.
