Fresh Flower Packages
Packages not available for dates around valentines day, mothers day, easter, christmas & new year.
Package contents are set and the number of items cannot be reduced. Extras can be added at additional cost.
If none of our packages suit please use our contact form for a no obligation quotation.
Packages include Standard colour roses/gerbera in a maximum of three colours.
Seasonal mixes are florists choice of in season flowers to compliment your chosen colour scheme, specific flowers can be added at additional cost.
Filler flowers, additional colours, Blues, multi colour, vintage colours & other non standard colours will be extra.
Exotic flowers, Garden Roses, Calla Lillies, Hydrangea, Peony Roses & Orchids are not included & will be extra.
These can be added within the Deluxe Package (orchids excluded)
Fresh Church Arrangements are florists choice of in season flowers in a maximum of 2 colours to compliment your chosen colour scheme. Extra colour/s or specific flowers can be added at additional cost.
All prices quoted include delivery to specified locations. Delivery will be to two locations only brides location & church if these two locations are more than 8km apart or on toll roads there may be a delivery fee applicable.
Consultations
We carry out all our consultations via phone or email to reduce costs for ourselves and our clients, an in person consultation can be arranged.
During busy periods in person consultations may not be possible.
Quotations
A quotation does not constitute a booking. All quotes are valid for 14 days from date received and dates are only held once a €50 booking deposit has been received by us. Until deposit has been paid we reserve the right to take another booking without notice.
Booking
A non refundable deposit of €50 must be given within 7 days after a booking form has been received to secure the date of your wedding, this is subtracted from your final bill.
Deposit of €100 for Valentine's, Christmas & New Year Dates.
Final balance must be paid 2 weeks days prior to your wedding day, a specific date will be on your order. Payment received up to 5 days after the arranged date will incur a late payment fee of €40.
Daisy’s Floral Creations reserves the right to cancel any wedding order, if payment is not made within 5 days after due date. We are not obliged to offer any compensation for inconvenience caused.
Payments accepted in the form of Cash (no cash by post) , Bank Draft/Transfer and Postal Order.
Cancellations
Booking deposits are non refundable.
Only cancellations given in writing will be accepted.
If the booking is cancelled up to four months before the wedding date no further payment is required.
If the booking is cancelled up to three months before the wedding date , payment of 25% of the total order value is required.
If the booking is cancelled up to one month before the wedding date, payment of 50% of the total order value is required.
Booking cancellations received within two weeks of the wedding date payment of 100% of the total order value is required & is non refundable if already paid.
In the event that full / partial payment has been made on booking the above fees are applicable plus a €75 admin fee (not including €50 deposit) for cancellations prior to three months before the wedding date.
These must be paid within 14 days, Non payment of this will result in legal proceedings. Daisy's Floral Creations reserves the right to cancel if at any time we feel that the obligations of the contract cannot be met. In the event of fire, natural disaster, tragedy, road accident/closure or other emergency, liability is limited to a full refund of monies paid.
Delivery & Set-up
Our quotation includes delivery and setup charges (location bride is leaving from & ceremony venue), They DO NOT cover removal of the items from the church/ceremony room or tidying up of the church/ceremony room after your ceremony (only hired items will be removed and may ONLY be removed by Daisy’s Floral Creations).
Thank You Bouquets will only be delivered to Bride's Location.
We require a signature when you receive your flowers to say that they have arrived in perfect condition and that the number of items are correct. Once signed by anyone present on delivery you are deemed to be happy with all aspects of our service and your order. Complaints on ceremony decoration must be raised prior to ceremony commencement & will not be accepted after this time.
Daisy’s Floral Creations will photograph arrangements prior to leaving the church/ceremony room, however, if the items are moved by church representatives or damaged by guests following our setup, we cannot be held responsible for this.
All items will be placed to minimise risk to your guests, so in the event of bad weather hired rose trees may be placed inside the church door.
Pedestal arrangements may be placed in front of the altar in the event that no pedestal stands are available in the church/ceremony room.
We will always arrange a delivery time with you prior to the day. Daisy’s Floral Creations can not be held liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside of our reasonable control including but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, traffic accidents, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway.
Hired Items
All Hire items remain property of Daisy's Floral Creations and any items that are damaged, lost or removed without our consent will be charged for. All replacement costs are laid out when signing your delivery docket.
This charge must be paid within 21 days. If payment is not received within this time legal action may follow.
Order Changes
Alterations can be made to your order up to 3 weeks before the wedding date. This does not include changes such as removal of bridal party flowers, these can only be substituted with items of equal value unless a prior agreement was in place. (eg. if your booking is for a bride and 2 bridesmaids this cannot be changed to a brides/bridesmaids bouquet/s only)
In the unlikely event that your chosen flowers are unavailable from our supplier we reserve the right to substitute with flowers with equal value, we will contact you first to discuss this.
Flowers
As flowers are natural items, and as such, have natural variance in colour and tone, which Daisy’s Floral Creations have no control over. Our bouquets are designed to be viewed by the eye in natural light, and we cannot be held responsible for the colour of flowers in photographs. Camera flashes, backdrop colours and lighting can make flowers appear different colours, but your photographer will know how best to photograph your flowers to show them at their best.
Complaints
We design your wedding flowers for use on your wedding day, flowers are perishable items and will therefore begin to decline naturally once removed from water. We therefore, cannot guarantee the longevity of your wedding flowers after your wedding day, and cannot take any responsibility for this.
During transport we make sure that all our flowers are handled in the best possible way. Once we have passed the flowers over to you, we cannot be held responsible for anything that happens to them because of how they are stored or handled.
Any complaints about any of the products or services provided by us must be made immediately upon receipt of your wedding flowers. After this time & on signing the delivery docket it is deemed that you are completely satisfied with all aspects of the products and services provided on the day.

Usage & Acceptance
Upon payment of the €50 booking fee you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and are to be bound by them.
Daisy's Floral Creations reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice. Terms and Conditions published on this website will always be the latest and will override any prior Terms and Conditions provided in any other form.
